The Colour Explosion

This week we began our Changes of Matter topic by conducting our very first experiment of the year. 

We started by adding milk to a bowl then added four different types of food colouring. After, we then added dish washing liquid to the mixture which created a swirling whirlpool of colours. 

This is a really easy and fun experiment to try at home!
